A little about me
I’m an enterprise technology leader who turns business strategy into measurable outcomes. Across 25 years in energy at Chevron, Shell, and ExxonMobil, I’ve worked alongside operating-company presidents and VPs to decide where technology investment creates value, and where it doesn’t.
I shaped a $2B enterprise IT strategy and run a disciplined portfolio: prioritizing with business leaders, enabling hundreds of millions in digital value, and redirecting $90MM from low-value spend. As product owner for enterprise identity, I eliminated the #1 cyber threat vector, removing 40,000 at-risk accounts and reaching 100% identity compliance. Today I lead the IT/OT integration of a 26-site acquired energy portfolio across nine states, cutting IT run-rate cost about 40%. I’m turning that work into a reference architecture that simplifies future new-energy acquisitions whose complexity falls outside standard platforms. I also lead an SAP S/4HANA deployment for a growing energy business.
My focus: strategy, innovation and AI, governance, M&A integration, and cost transformation, delivered with discipline. I practice what I advocate: the enterprise AI agents I’ve built are benchmarked at a 7x gain in my own productivity.
